Catalogue Transfer and Takedown Policy

DRAFT — REQUIRES GHANAIAN LEGAL REVIEW
Timing is controlled by the receiving service and any accepted agreement. A request is not complete until the status is confirmed.

Catalogue transfer requests

Contact support@grinomusic.com with the account name, release title, artist name, ISRC/UPC where available, current and requested distributor, territory, requested date and proof that you control the relevant rights. Keep metadata, audio, artwork and identifiers consistent to reduce duplicate-release problems.

Before transferring

  • Check the current agreement for term, exclusivity, notice, outstanding advances or approved costs.
  • Confirm the new distributor is authorised and that the transfer will not cause an unauthorised duplicate delivery.
  • Download available statements and keep copies of the accepted agreement and release metadata.
  • Do not ask for takedown first if the goal is a same-identifier migration unless support confirms the correct sequence.

Takedown requests

State whether the request is for all stores, selected territories, a single track, a release or a video. Include the reason and confirm your authority. GrinoMusic may act urgently for infringement, safety, fraud or legal requests. Ordinary requests are reviewed and then sent through the manual delivery process.

After removal or termination

Store caches, user libraries, links, playlists and historical reports may not disappear at the same time. Takedown does not erase valid earnings or obligations already incurred. Final statements may include late reports, refunds, chargebacks or corrections received after removal.

Rights and commissions

A transfer or takedown does not transfer ownership to Ranking Empire. Ranking Empire receives only the rights and commissions specified in the accepted agreement.
