A manager receives access only after a client explicitly approves a named mandate and selected scopes. The mandate must identify the manager, client, version, permissions, effective date and revocation process.
Scopes may include profile editing, release preparation, beat listing administration, promotion, bookings, sales reporting, royalty viewing and contract administration. Withdrawals, payout details, rights transfers and binding licence acceptance require separate authority and appropriate safeguards.
A mandate does not assign or transfer copyright in recordings, beats or compositions. The client may revoke platform access subject to valid contractual obligations between the parties.
